Terms of Service

These terms describe use of disanchor.com, the waitlist and the developer newsletter provided by Carraway & Gatsby Corporation, operating as Disanchor (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.

Website and early access

Disanchor is in development. The website describes plans and progress; features, availability, pricing and timelines may change. Joining the waitlist is free, does not create a cloud PC account, guarantee an invitation or reserve a product, and does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Separate terms, pricing and privacy information will be provided before access to any cloud PC service.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or other users. Do not attempt unauthorized access, probe or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, send spam, submit another person’s email without permission, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts the website. We may restrict access or remove abusive registrations where reasonably necessary to protect the site, users or our legal rights.

Emails and your information

You can choose separately to receive the newsletter or waitlist updates. You can unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in the message or contact us to withdraw from either list. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle information and requests.

Content and third-party services

We and our licensors retain rights in the website, branding and content. You may view and share links to the site for lawful purposes; no ownership of our content or trademarks is transferred to you. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and limitations

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it may change, contain errors or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not affect non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated terms here and provide additional notice when required. If you do not agree with updated terms, you may stop using the website and withdraw from the lists.
